The 'Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing' program is an educational tool that provides numerous exercises to improve your speed and efficiency while typing, and features a progress report to show your typing improvement through the use of typing games and lessons. In order to install 'Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing' on your computer, you must have at least a Pentium II 266MHz computer with the Windows 98 operating system or better. These minimum requirements are necessary to run the program, but a faster computer allows the program to run more smoothly as it also requires 540 MB of hard drive space.
Single-User Installation

Step 1

Click 'Next' and wait for the CD to install the software to the selected folder. Click 'OK' to finalize the installation process.

- The Mavis Beacon program disc must be inserted in the computer in order to run the program due to the program's security feature.
